The staff and Dr. Nguyen are great. My hygienist Phyllis does a great job and gives me helpful advice on how to keep my mouth healthy. Dr. Nguyen is very thorough and I have total confidence in her. I would highly recommend Woodstock Smiles.

I was hoping for a better experience. In my intake paperwork, I voiced the need for billing transparency. They said they accepted my insurance. I paid my portion after the appointment. They said they would call to schedule my next appointment and go over my coverage, as well as what to expect to pay for the next appointment. I never got a call. 5 months later, and I just got a bill for 400 dollars. I checked my insurance, and they never billed them. I am willing to update my review if this gets resolved. *Edit: They resolved the issue and properly billed my insurance

Everyone at Woodstock Smiles is so kind, gentle, and understanding. I found this place when Kaiser messed up my insurance and I needed emergency treatment, and I'll never go anywhere else! They make me feel like a few cavities is nothing at all, avoiding the dentist for a few years is nothing to feel guilty about, and no one needs a lecture about flossing. They have a special plan you can buy if you don't have insurance that covers a lot of basic things for a decent price + 20% off all non basic needs.

Very nice people and Dr Nguyen is super sweet and explains things very well. I wish we found this place a long time ago. The atmosphere is great and you feel relaxed the entire visit. And they make you feel welcomed and heard. :) love it!

Great dentist & staff. I’m super anxious about the dentist but the girls I saw here made everything so much better, I got wisdom teeth and molars extracted! I can’t believe I actually did it lol everyone there is very sweet and very kind.
