Roots Dental & Dental Implant Center- Broadway

So far I've had one visit. The Dr and assistant and the person helping put everything together all were very nice and accommodating. They explained everything in a manner that was very easy to understand. They helped me arrange financing and have gotten me scheduled for surgery within 24 hours of visiting them! They are quick and very friendly. So far I highly recommend them to anyone who needs this kind of treatment!! Just went for my records appointment yesterday. Got there early and they were so nice! I only just sat down and within a minute or two I was taken back and had x-rays taken of my lower and upper teeth plus video. All in all this only took about a half hour and the staff made it very easy and pleasant! Next visit in three weeks for surgery! As scary as that seems, the staff at Roots Dental in Portland have been first class!!! I would recommend them to anyone who needs this done! These people are the best!!!! I'm very glad I decided to drive 2 hours and 45 minutes one way to do those. The peace of mind is worth it!! Thanks for being great!!

This is The Best Dentist office I have ver been too from their front office who helps make sure our insurance is covering us as seniors their friendly welcoming attitude helpful scheduling text reminders to actual dentist and dental assistants all r professional yet have excellent customer service really! very personable which puts an anxious person at ease even choice of music is upbeat but soothing ! I have always had dental anxiety since young ( would rather have baby which i have had 3 ) but this team has change that! i would 100 percent recommend to anyone my husband and i r so happy we were recommended by a friend to go here!

As someone who has been truly embarrassed by the state of my teeth, I felt super welcomed by everyone I encountered at this office. They were so willing to help and I never felt judged. I left there feeling really great, and that’s saying a lot. I’m looking forward to seeing them all in the future.

This review is easy to write - because I had such a positive experience at Roots Dental Broadway, and am glad to share it! The entire staff was at ease and friendly, super clear in their communications with me, and the care was outstanding. I had come for a second opinion about a tooth bothering me, and the Broadway staff listened to me, tested thoroughly for the cause, and started treatment right away. Honestly, I am thrilled that I have switched to this clinic :)

The people here are lovely. They provided me with straightforward and gentle care. I recall one of the hygienists name was Lena (I think) and another one who helped me was equally as lovely. I also find the views out their window nice and calming. Yeah great care they seem to be able to bill my insurance with no problem. They were also informed with general insurance coverage and helped me build a cleaning plan to get the most of my coverage. Also I got a sleep bite guard and it is probably the best fitting one I’ve had. They took an effective easy scan and then adjusted the guard effectively and efficiently. The person who took my impressions and X-rays was also lovely. And the people at the front desk! So I’m very pleased with my care. Thanks to the whole team!
