I had IPL for my entire face and neck. Faith was my med esthetician. She performed my treatment with precision and care. We talked about other services that might benefit me. I’ve gone to many med spas in Portland and beyond. This is the least expensive.The atmosphere is clean, friendly, clinical and well appointed. They have all the skin enhancing services that one would expect from a med spa except fillers and Botox. No medical staff. Which is reflected in there prices. Definitely not the most luxurious, but they make up for it in price, convenience and an extensive menu of treatments. My skin looks great! I had an excellent experience.

I was really hopeful that the spider vein treatment would work. The technician never indicated that it might not. The fading lasted two weeks. When I returned for the second session, she wasn't surprised it didn't last, and the photos confirmed it. The second session repeated the first experience. I've wasted $230 and didn't even get the discount I signed up for. The chat bot that texted me isn't designed to respond to concerns, and I hope they fix it. Otherwise, the clinic is professional with plenty of parking.

I showed up at the wrong time for a consultation and everyone was super accommodating, making room for me 30 minutes early. I got all my questions answered and Angelica was so personable and kind! I'm looking forward to my actual laser appointment, I'll update once it's done.
