I love The Waldorf Center!! Dr. Rachel Streu really listened to me during my consult and helped figure out a plan that would achieve the results I wanted. She and her team have been incredibly kind and helpful and I have felt very comfortable with the entire process. I would absolutely choose the Waldorf Center again!

I was very nervous going into my initial consult. This was my first experience at a plastic surgeon's office and I did not know what to expect. I had no need to be nervous. Everything has been seamless, from scheduling my initial consultation and follow-up, to getting my surgery approved by insurance and scheduling my surgery, the attention and care provided has made me feel confident in my decision to move forward. Dr. Johng took the time to understand my medical history and the why behind me wanting/needing surgery. She quickly determined there was a medical need for my surgery and with her expertise she was able to guide me on a path where my insurance would cover my surgery. Dr. Johng provided me options and was candid when needed. There is no pressure to proceed unless you are comfortable. I'm so happy I found The Waldorf Center and am looking forward to my surgery at the end of the month. Update: I had my surgery 12/29/25 and could not be happier with my results. Between the care surgery center staff showed and the work Dr. Johng completed, I received a top notch experience. I’m healing nicely and the work completed is perfect.

After receiving the news that I was no longer a candidate for a lumpectomy and needed a mastectomy, my oncology team pivoted and referred me to Dr Heidi Johng for the Goldilocks closure. The moment I met Heidi I knew she was my plastic surgeon. I had complete trust in her and the team. Everything went great, and I'm just 3 weeks in with sutures healing nicely and no infections. Even taking the drains was a breeze and I said they deserved 10/10 for that. I would highly recommend Dr Johng - thank you for taking great care of me.

The Waldorf Center consistently delivers outstanding service. From the moment you arrive, the front desk greets you by name and makes you feel welcome. Rebecca gives the best facials—I always leave feeling pampered and refreshed. Kristina is a pleasure to work with, and Karen at checkout is incredibly helpful. Every visit has been an excellent experience, and I highly recommend this place!

Having any kind of cosmetic surgery is a big deal. Making sure that you have the best surgeon to give you the best outcome can take months if not years to research. My previous plastic surgeon retired and when I found out the Waldorf Center bought his practice I knew immediately that’s where I needed to go. My surgery is scheduled for December 1 and my experience to this point has been excellent. I’m going into this feeling safe and confident.
