Ideal Image Tigard

Most amazing experience. I am so grateful I chose to come here. At the Tigard location in specific management and customer service could not have been better. Nikki is the kindest, most genuine human who cares so much!! ❤️ I took a long break due to pregnancy and she extended my package and went above and beyond when she did not have to. All the nurses have also been professional and kind. I feel listened to and pampered!

Went in for lip filler administered by Jenny. I went in expecting a friendly, respectful experience but instead got my looks continuously insulted, a million procedures being pushed onto me to pressure me into buying even after I'd declined 3+ times. I bought 1ml and after injecting half of it she was doing everything she could to insist I couldn't get the remaining .5ml in the syringe that I had already paid for. She stated I would not get a refund of any sort nor could I come back another time for the other .5ml. When I kept saying I wanted the rest of it she spent a good 5 minutes arguing with me then when she finally put the rest in she would pull the needle out too quick so half of each injection would end up on the surface of my lip and wiped off. She wasted so much of the product I had paid for. Jenny also did the opposite of what I was wanting. I brought a couple inspo photos to give her an idea of what I was going for, not at all expecting exact results; I made it clear I did not want the "hot dog" look and I wanted most the filler centered towards the middle. Rather than respecting my wishes she said she wanted to give me more of a "natural look" (I made it clear natural didn't matter to me and she just argued that) and put more on the outer corners than I had hoped for/expressed wanting, essentially giving me the "hot dog" look I specifically said I was not going for. I ended up having to go to a different clinic entirely to have them fix and fill my lips the way I initially made clear I wanted. Overall not a great experience by any means, it's sad as I was planning to go backto get more but considering I'm sure this issue won't get resolved I'll look into returning to the other clinic instead. I gave two stars instead of one simply due to the place being clean.

Drove there for 40 min in rain waited another 30 min for them to tell us that no one picks up a phone, apparently RN was supposed to give an approval. So had to leave and drive back. So overall almost 2 hours of our time wasted, stopped what we were doing to attend this appointment for nothing. My boyfriend works everyday and this was one day off he took in order to come to the appt and do some yard work. They never even called back, no word. I’m a regular here and I got this as a Xmas present for my boyfriend and this what we got when showed up. So I’ve been calling for days here including 800#, left a request online with my info, left vms, nada. This place is down the drain!! I have hundreds of dollars in my tox bank with them I spent money there I brought clients to this place I always recommend it to anyone not sure what happened to them but the service is trash!! I’m seriously considering to drive there bc it’s ridiculous and it feels like the location took all the money and left. Do not trust this place.

I have nothing more than great things to say about this place!!! From the minute I found them on Facebook, to my appt, it’s been AMAZING! I was very nervous for my procedure, as it was my first time. They answered all my questions, address any concerns and made me feel taken care of. Julie is “my person” there, and moving forward will be! I found her 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼!!!! I’ve been looking for a wonderful injector, and she is it! She makes you feel welcome, address concerns, and takes her job serious! Her dedication to attention to detail is unmatched! I appreciate so much that she takes her time, and knows what she is doing, and trying to accomplish! She understands the assignment 💪🏼!Fabulous first visit, and already have more booked! I am excited for this journey of making myself finally feel great again! Thank you Julie! And Ideal Image!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went two times for laser hair removal and the nurses were not knowledgeable or competent. The first nurse I had worked there once a month and was not detailed. They missed areas and didn’t complete my entire service that I paid for and had to come back to reschedule because they are unorganized. Then I came back-they canceled and said I wasn’t on their schedule. I had to switch locations to the Vancouver. This experience has been such an inconvenience of my time!!!
