The team is incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and they truly take the time to listen to your goals rather than pushing treatments you don’t need. My injector Christina is thoughtful, precise, and has such a natural aesthetic. I always leave feeling refreshed and confident, never overdone. They explain everything clearly, make the process comfortable, and follow up to ensure you’re happy with your results. If you’re looking for a place that prioritizes safety, skill, and beautiful, subtle results, this is it. I wouldn’t trust my injectables to anyone else.

My wife and I came in for her laser hair treatment at Cascade Medical and had an amazing experience. This was our first time working with Christina L, and she was absolutely awesome. Not only is she a laser tech, but she’s also a part-time RN, which really showed in her professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail. She took the time to explain everything clearly, made my wife feel comfortable throughout the process, and was very accommodating. Her customer service and expertise in laser hair removal truly stood out. Cascade Medical as a whole is very professional and well-run, but Christina made the experience exceptional. Went to Cascade Medical Spa to get laser hair removal as well as tattoo removal. Haley C. was exceptional and made me feel very comfortable when getting the services done. Haley is very knowledgeable. She was patient and answered all of my questions and concerns since this was the first time getting either service done. I am excited to finish our sessions and would highly recommend others to give Haley a shot as well!

I was really impressed coming back. I had 3 treatments from previous owners but I was able to talk to the new owner on the phone, he got me scheduled right away and was easy to talk to! Sorry Forest but Christina was really the star of the show for my appointment, personable, kind and very well informed/educated.
