Christine is amazing! After my consultation and first appointment for electrolysis, I can say I am confident I made the right decision going to her. She takes her time and explains any questions I have, and the best part- my skin had no reactions and looks great the next day! I can wholeheartedly recommend this business 100%! Oh my goodness. Queen of Swords is honest, a great listener, and very kind. Here’s the thing, I did not actually get any service from her, but I’m absolutely still leaving her five stars because she was honest about not being able to help my particular situation. Not only that, she didn’t rush me. She talked to me for a half hour for free and when I offered to pay her something for her time or at least give her a tip she said that was not necessary and completely turned me down, even though I offered twice. On top of that, she recommended three businesses that actually can help me with the things that I want to get done. She gave me names and gave me a couple of options regarding pricing. I’m so incredibly impressed! I definitely wish I could have worked with her… But the fact that she didn’t try to charge me for things that she knew wouldn’t help, just absolutely speaks volumes about her integrity and how much she cares about her business. I wish her all the good karma in the world. P.s. oh! She also actually took the time to tell me which at home products I’m currently using she thinks are the best. I mean… You just don’t meet a lot of people this kind and passionate about their work.

Chrissy is amazing and made me feel really comfortable. I had electrolysis previously at a place on the Eastside with poor results but wanted to give it another shot a few years later. She explained the different techniques and machine settings and gave me an honest idea of what I could expect. So far I'm having better results in half the sessions!
