Caley was great and very nice. She explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. She was realistic with me and made sure to break down the process in depth with me. I had a great consult with her. Update, I just had my first session and it went great! They helped me set up a treatment plan and talked me through the entire process. All of my questions were answered, no matter how many I had. The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. I had Mathew as the laser technician. He was fantastic. He made sure I was comfortable the whole visit i understand he'sjust a visiting technician from a differentlocation. I hooe the next technician is as fabulous as he was. The last visit I had with the old technician wasn't great.

Everyone at Removery was amazing. They’re very professional. I have a huge tattoo and I was able to take a break if needed during the session. I did some research and discovered they're arguably the best service around. Paying for a plan over time with UNLIMITED sessions, vs paying per session. The staff are all very polite and professional, easy to ask for help or questions. And Ruby is the best! She works with me during sessions so I can pace myself!
