He is kind, attentive and truly listened to my goals. He delivered results that exceeded my expectations. My recovery went smoothly and even though I’m still healing the results are absolutely stunning- better than I could have imagined. Portland Plastic Surgery Group offers a warm, clean and welcoming environment. The staff is friendly, caring and provides timely communication. Dr Zegzula, his medical assistant, and the staff at Portland Plastic Surgery Group are the absolute best. From scheduling, to working with my insurance, to advocating for my needs, to the surgery and outcome itself, I cannot imagine having a better experience. I had a breast reduction and only needed the Journavxx and Tylenol for recovery. I was anxious leading up to the surgery and the medical assistant went above and beyond to assist me. If you have been considering a breast reduction but have been holding off, call them. They do all the heavy lifting with your insurance company, and scheduling with the office was quick and easy.

I had a great experience at Portland Plastic Surgery. Reception staff and nurses/medical assistants were very communicative. I worked with Dr. Zegzula, who provided exceptional care and has a keen eye for detail. If I ever undergo any other procedures, I would certainly go right back to him.

I wish I could give Dr. Hayes more than 5 stars for this review. He performed a breast lift with a triple internal bra and the results turned out better than I could have ever imagined. He is a truly amazing surgeon and has such a great bedside manner. He really spent a lot of time with me during my consult to understand all my goals and made me feel very comfortable. I had a few other consults with other surgeons, but none were able to make me feel as confident in my choice as Dr. Hayes did. I’m nearly 4 months post-op and my scars are minuscule and continue to fade. I highly recommend Dr. Hayes for anyone looking to undergo a breast lift or augmentation. He’s given me a confidence I didn’t know was possible. Thank you Dr. Hayes!!
