I had a WONDERFUL experience. The friendliness and professionalism of the employees impressed me, and the treatment I received was virtually painless. I will absolutely be coming back in a few weeks! Oh, and an added plus? I had no idea there was a 10% discount on your first visit-- so I'd recommend scheduling a lot of treatments for that one :)

Jessica was fantastic! I love how my eyebrows turned out. She was super friendly and was accommodating that I wasn’t in a super talkative mood after a stressful day. The process was surprisingly quite painless. I had a little confusion getting into the building. It’s apparently locked and you are texted a code which I missed. They were accommodating when I called the number on the building, and opened the door for me. It’s generous that they have drinks and snacks while you wait. The waiting area is super relaxing with good smells, enjoyable and entraining reading materials etc. It was only a short wait/ in and out. I’ll be back for sure! Thanks

UrbanWaxx Northwest 18th is seriously the best, and Aliya and Amber are absolute stars! Every appointment with them feels like hanging out with two of the funniest, most caring humans ever. They always make me feel comfortable, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. I leave every time feeling smooth, happy, and honestly a little spoiled. Also, no pain at all! Love this place, love them, highly recommend! 💛✨

Jessica was professional, friendly and efficient. I felt at ease with her and she provided an excellent experience. No pain! The facilities are clean and inviting. I will definitely return.

First time at Urban Waxx and it was the most pleasant experience with how professional, timely, skillful and friendly Amber was. She kindly asked me questions and checked regularly to ensure I was feeling good as I have extremely sensitive skin. The wax was just the right temperature and I do not have the typical redness or even the sligtest irritation. Thank you Amber and I look forward to coming again.
