Fern & Thistle Massage and Spa

I have been getting massages here for several months now and could not recommend more. I get both Lymphatic massages and regular muscular massages from Shauna and she is magic. They also opened a spa that is perfect for a Sauna and Cold plunge session in St. Johns.

I was gifted a 60 minute massage with Laura and it was absolutely divine! She listened to and addressed my hopes for our time together and I left feeling better in my body, in less physical pain, and super relaxed. She offered cupping which I loved in addition to the massage. I will be back!

I have a regular massage therapist, but a friend of mine gifted me a massage (60 minute Go-To) with Shauna. I’ve worked with 6 massage therapists in total since I began getting massage two years ago. I’m very loyal to my current massage therapist as we have history, and they know my aches and pains as well as I do at this point. That said, Shauna is special. She combines gentle touch, with a willingness to be as firm as is necessary when faced with problem areas that refuse to release tension. My experience with Shauna left me feeling as though I just finished a caring conversation with a good friend who (while being gentile and caring) told me exactly what I needed to hear. 11/10

I highly recommend Fern and Thistle for massage. I have been getting monthly massages here for over a year. Laura is an incredible therapist. She's attentive, thorough and strong. I've always left feeling better then when I came. I can't say enough good things about Fern and Thistle. Totally recommend the monthly massage program.... worth every single penny!!!!!!

Shauna is truly incredible and seems to know exactly what part of my body needs work even when i don’t. My two massages have been in the top spots of best massages I’ve ever had. Her calming room and adorable dogs are amazing bonuses.
