These people are efficient and incredibly knowledgable. Awesome communication via text, which is my preference. Barely any wait time at all. The doctor listened to me, she really heard what I was saying and we built a plan together, based on my experience and he expertise. I am very impressed and so grateful I was directed to these guys. Will be returning, for sure.

This place is the best! I wish I had found this clinic years ago. They do an excellent job with melanated skin, especially for concerns like skin tags, moles, warts, and melasma. Dr. Klein is amazing—knowledgeable, professional, and delivers real results. The front desk staff were polite, punctual, and efficient. I felt respected and treated with full confidentiality. The clinic was clean, welcoming, and smelled great. I’ll definitely be back! I’ll update before and after on my second review. I got skin tag removal.

Exceptional care! Heather thoroughly counseled my teen and me about the risks/benefits of multiple acne treatment options, allowing us to make an informed decision. I felt reassured by her evidence-based approach. She also addressed our concerns respectfully and compassionately. The entire staff was professional and friendly. Our first visit with Klein Dermatology exceeded my expectations, but most importantly, my teen felt comfortable and is looking forward to her next visit.

My daughter and I loved our experience. Our first appointment, Katherine Stiles made us feel like we had all the time in the world with her to discuss issues. It wasn't just surface treatment, she asked in depth questions and gave me more medical advice than both a previous dermatologist (at a different location ) and our pediatrician. I highly recommend her and am so glad we found her!

I absolutely love this dermatology office, it’s just fantastic. The place is always super clean and welcoming, it really puts you at ease right when you walk in. The front desk staff are wonderful, they’re so kind and helpful with everything from scheduling appointments to sorting out insurance questions. My appointments always start on time. No long waits, ever. I see Heather and her assistant Justin, and they’re both incredible! Justin is great about getting back to me quickly if I have any follow up questions, and he makes sure Heather gets looped in right away. Heather has done several procedures for me (both medical and cosmetic), and I’ve been beyond happy with the results every time, they look natural and exactly what I was hoping for. I’m already looking forward to doing more! I love how Heather gets genuinely excited about the treatments, just like I do. It makes the visits actually enjoyable. And I’ve never once felt any pressure to buy products or add on things I don’t want. They really listen to my goals and guide me toward them in the most thoughtful way. I’m so glad I found this practice. Thank you to Heather, Justin, and the whole team for always making me feel so well taken care of. This place is a gem! Five stars all the way!
