Cate Face

I visited Cate Face inside the Heal House and you should too! If you have ever been to a Soho House then you will LOVE the experience at Cate Face. The vibes I loved the most: Cate is knowledgable and professional while making it a fun + pampering experience. If you are like me and have never experienced a facial before - its a lot like a steamy massage on your face that leaves you looking dewy and feeling beautiful inside and out. Feeling like you filled your cup, which by the way at the end Cate even hydrates you (see pics!) I loved the small details from her moody lighting, folded towels in the washroom, heated bed, music and Cate's company. Thank you for the self care, Cate Face!

Cate has such a superpower to make people feel comfortable and relaxed. I had the most amazing facial from her. A week later my skin is so soft and looks amazing. I've been wanting to find an esthetician for a while now and I'm so happy to have found Cate. She creates the warmest most relaxing atmosphere, is really invested in making sure your treatment is customized to your needs, and is sweet and easy to talk to. I can't wait to go back soon. 10/10 stars. Also, location wise is really easy to get to and a ton of street parking is available.

I had my very first facial today at Cate Face, and I am officially obsessed!! From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in good hands. The studio is located in the sweetest converted old home that now serves as a beauty collective, and it could not be more charming. Street parking was easy, and the lobby alone set the tone ... Cozy chairs and a plush sofa, herbal tea waiting, even snacks if you’re feeling the need. It felt less like an appointment and more like being welcomed into someone’s thoughtfully curated home. Cate came to greet me right on time and took me to her treatment room. Her space is just as adorable as the rest of the space! Calming, clean, and beautifully styled. She immediately put me at ease. Since this was my first-ever facial, I was a little nervous, but she explained everything thoroughly before and during the service, always checking in to make sure I was comfortable. Her presence is warm and reassuring, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients experience. The entire experience was beyond what I expected, and I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already excited to come back. If you’re on the fence or new to facials like I was, Cate is absolutely the person to see. She made my first experience unforgettable, and I cannot recommend her enough! Thanks, Cate!! As a guy with sun damage and acne scarring, I haven't always loved the way my skin looks, but Cate's treatments have really changed that. I'd highly reccomend this place, it's worth the money and she will help you put together a plan and routine with reccomended products to ensure you actually keep up the good results (it's worth investing in some product!).

I had a fantastic facial with Cate. She has such a calm, welcoming energy and really takes the time to understand your skin and tailor the treatment accordingly. My skin felt clean, refreshed, and noticeably more hydrated afterward—without any irritation or redness. The studio is cozy and comfortable, and the whole experience felt both relaxing and effective. Cate clearly knows her stuff and makes the process feel easy and approachable. Highly recommend if you're looking for a quality facial in a low-key, professional setting.
