Optimize U PDX

Doing cryo here changed my life! I have chronic back pain and cryo is the ONLY thing that keeps me out of pain. I’ve tried other cryo machines at other spots and NONE compare to this one! The staff are all incredible too! Everyone is so kind and helpful.

These ladies are well educated with their craft, they care, they are thoughtful, want to help ALL thrive, and give you the best advice based on your siruaton. They are up to date with science and tends etc. I really apperciate this for my aging older self, who is still very competiton in power lilfting. i have found a way to buy quality healthcare products at resonable prices.

The best wellness! Knowledgeable staff answered all my questions and they even developed their own cryo. Update 8/1/2025 tried red light bed to see if my glucose would drop. It did! 60 points within 1 hour from a 20 minute session.
