My chiropractor recommended a practitioner here so I tried to call and see if they were accepting new patients and availability. There is no easy option to speak to a receptionist at all. The phone tree menu is very frustrating to navigate. I did manage to get someone late last week and they said they would get back to me. They never did. I tried to call again and was not able to get to a live person. I do not want to leave a voicemail - I simply want to know if the person I want to make an appointment with is available. This is ridiculous and I cannot recommend a place where I cannot even get a person on the phone to ask basic questions.

Dr. Dana Waichunas and Dr. Bob Graybill are excellent doctors, and Kenny is my favorite phlebotomist ever. These are providers who believe patients are telling the truth, let patients direct their care, make honest efforts to find whole solutions, don't give up on people, and have good bedside manners. Both doctors have worked with me on getting unusual diagnoses for ailments I've been experiencing. Some qualms: Uncommon patient portal (Athena health). Bookings may be 1 month+ out, especially if the doctor is in demand. Bookings need to be carefully specified when requested online. It's confusing. Bookings don't show end time in my calendar.

Front desk staff is ALWAYS very helpful and patient and kind... I feel welcomed every time. I miss Bassel in the front.

Absolutely wonderful! Each person I have seen so far has been absolutely amazing about their treatments for me. Every time I leave, I feel like a totally different person. They have been wonderful about pain management, and when there is something that they believe should be treated, they are not afraid to refer me out to someone who can help. I haven't been able to stop recommending them to anyone I know or meet.

I've been trying to schedule an appointment for 3 weeks but some answering service keeps saying that they'll call me back but they never do. I'm going somewhere else.
