I had a ruptured tooth that I had neglected for some time. Had a very bad experience at another Chain dental office and unfortunately did not address the issue due to this experience. A few months later I could no longer ignore the pain. I set up a clinic visit to get a quote on pulling the tooth and had such a pleasant experience. At the dentist of all places! I despise the dentist office. I was seen by Dr. Robert and was given a quote to have the tooth removed with NO lengthy sales pitch for other services as I had experienced at the previous office. Dr. Robert provided me with my options and I chose what worked best for me - I just wanted the tooth gone. I set up an appointment for the extraction the following week and just left the office about an hour ago. It literally took 30 minutes from start to finish and I was charged less than the original quote as the process went better than expected. Dr. Robert explained everything as he was doing the procedure, gave thorough after care information as did Shaina, and it was such a breath of fresh air. Compassionate, kind and thoughtful! I felt heard and well cared for, which is rare these days. Shout out to Charles who assisted with my initial visit, Julie at today's visit, and Shaina who assisted today with Dr. Robert. I am looking forward to returning in a few weeks time to make plans to restore my smile and return my confidence. I would recommend this dental clinic to anyone looking for dental services! I highly recommend them! And, I am literally in no pain which was the ultimate goal. Thank you!

My experience at Isles Dental was great! I was able to get in sooner for an appointment thanks to their system of notifying you if sooner available appointments if someone cancels. My hygienist, Suad, was very gentle and honestly gave me one of the most comfortable dental cleanings I have had! Dr. Springer is so personable and kind and made me feel welcome even though it was my first visit. Overall great atmosphere and experience!

Dr Springer, Brook and Julie were all wonderful. Very thorough in my cleaning, very friendly at the start, and took the time to explain the condition of my teeth. This was my first visit and I am a lifetime patient already.

Awesome 1st appointment experience. Our dental firm of 15+ years closed their Uptown facility. We received a referral from Metropolitan Periodontists to Isles Dental and it was an A+ referral. I was able to schedule an appointment within 1 week of calling and the process of sending them my prior records was seamless. My hygienist Brooke is a great ambassador of Isles Dental starting with her introduction, discussing my overall dental and medical history and an excellent cleaning. Dr. Springer came in to do his examination and a dental care plan moving forward and I felt like I was a patient for years, not my 1st time. If you are seeking a new dental firm, for whatever reason, give them a call as you will be pleased.

Our family has been going here for years and I really appreciate the gentle and thorough care we receive. I just went in for a cleaning and two replacement fillings; they showed me the before and after on the fillings and it’s night and day. Highly recommend this professional, caring, and inclusive dental office.
