Smile Design Dentistry

I was nervous about changing practices after my previous provider retired and recommended Smile Design Dentistry, but I've been SO pleasantly surprised. Everyone at SDD is super friendly, compassionate, incredibly organized and really thorough. The dentist and their assistants are top notch. They explain everything very clearly, and the office and treatment areas are really clean and nice. I actually feel like my dental care has been taken up a notch by making the switch to Smile Design Dentistry.

I went decades without seeing a dentist due to an severe anxiety response to even the idea of doing so. Finally, at the beginning of January, the entire bottom of one of my teeth broke off before bed on a Thursday and I had to find some emergency care on Friday. I called Smile Design Dentistry and they made room for me that morning. I explained my childhood trauma a bit and the team was extremely patient and understanding. They explained each step and kept me calm, gave me gas, and asked multiple times along the way if I was ok. It really helped ease my trauma response and built enough trust that I was able to schedule follow ups to address my decades of neglect. I've since been twice since the broken tooth and they've worked on 7+ of my teeth so far. Even on the gas the sound and feel of the drill causes some uncontrollable body responses (shaking mostly), but the team is very professional, calm, and they have a demeanor that really helped me get through it. I will be completing my treatment plan with Smile Design Dentistry and highly recommend them to you if you suffer from any kind of debilitating anxiety in relation to dentistry! Dr. Hubbard is fantastic and I truly hope I can call her my dentist for years to come. I feel very lucky that she was available that Friday morning back in January! The hygienists and team that supports are all wonderful as well, very personable and knowledgeable! I believe they truly care about their patients. If you're looking for a place to call home for your teeth, I can't say enough great things about Smile Design :) Definitely worth your time!

By far the best dental experience I've ever had. Staff are friendly; dentist is very transparent about treatment. I have EDS and a lot of complex medical conditions that make dental care very complicated for me. Not only was the dentist very thorough, honest and inquisitive, but she took extra time to make certain I was comfortable. 12/10 will be going back for all my dental needs. Side note the way they sculpt bonding and crowns you'd never know there was any work ever done. It's seamless. This office has only exceeded my expectations. Worth every penny.
