NE 1 Dental

I went to NE1 after hearing they were good with patients who have dental anxiety or trauma from past experiences. This proved to be true - my appointment went very well and I plan to return. Dr. Benke was professional, kind, and made me feel at ease. The hygienist was friendly but seemed hesitant and unsure. The front desk staff was helpful, though clearer communication about logistics like parking ahead of time would improve the overall experience. Overall, I felt cared for and comfortable. I would recommend this clinic.

I was nervous about going to the dentist after several years of not going, but the team here was so lovely that it was nothing but a positive experience! The staff and Dr Heins were welcoming, knowledgeable and kind. Would 100% recommend!!

Today was my first visit and I was very pleased with the personal interaction and professional care. I do take care good of my teeth and as you age, so do your teeth. I was given helpful education on what to watch for in the future. I received an honest, meticulous, professional investment into our relationship. I made my 6 month appointment and I left feeling fantastic that I had been to a great dentist! Kind and friendly staff, too!

I have been absolutely dreading going to the dentist. I have a lot of trauma surrounding dentists but NE 1 gave me my first great dental experience. The waiting room and front desk area was inviting and comfortable while waiting for my appointment. Once the hygienist took me back, I had the most relaxing dental xrays ever. I only remember them being uncomfortable but these xrays were quick and painless. There was no pulling of my mouth every which way, it was simple and comfortable. The hygienist was extremely gentle with my inflamed gums and the dentist put me at ease with her recommendations. The appointment was incredible. Then when it came to insurance and payment, that process was smooth and fast. The manager able to give me all the information and forms necessary immediately. Will definitely be going back.

Had the absolute best experience here. I was in the area for work (originally from out of state) and I needed to see a dentist asap. I spoke with the receptionist and told her about my problem and was able to be seen first thing the next morning. The hygienist and dentist were extremely warm, friendly and professional. Would absolutely return here! Thank you!
