Parkway Dental Center: Constantin Catalin DDS

I would like to express my appreciation to Dr Constantin’s patient centered high quality professional service- I have seen by different dentists and got a wide ranges of opinions that included expensive specialty visits. I turned to Dr Constantin for a second opinion, his treatment plan is timely, efficient, convenient and affordable. And what impressive was that it was a one stop shop without hopping around doctors offices and straggling about work schedule. It was nearly unbelievable. I would recommend parkway dental to any one without any hesitation.

Denied care for an implant for my broken front tooth- the provider denied care solely due to my dental insurance plan (that’s in network with them) and mistakenly deemed that my front teeth don’t affect chewing or eating. I have proof of conversations stating their attempts to show Dr.Constantine the paperwork and she outright REFUSED The front desk ladies are great, I got a cheap retainer, prompt service, but incompetent providers who discriminated against me and violated their delta dental contract by refusing to complete prior authorization and medically essential verification paperwork- of which I got two different dental clinics to do this and they were not denied payment. Provider is rude and I advise any Medicaid patients to steer clear as they dislike the lower reimbursement rates from accepting the plan. (They claim they aren’t taking new patients on MN Select DD but online provider directories state them as active over the past 24 months) total liars and walk with their noses up and pinkies out shoveling the impoverished aside

Dr. Constantin, his receptionists and dental hygienists are the greatest. I have been a patient of Dr. Constantin for several years now. I would highly recommend him. He wants what is best for his patients and has done an outstanding job in all of the work he has done for me over the years. Most importantly, he does it with a smile, positive attitude and no pain. You can tell he loves his work!

We love Dr. Constantin ! He’s the best dentist I’ve ever seen, both in professional and inter-personal skills. We always feel heard and cared for and he doesn’t push procedures just for profit. He’s got a great sense of humor and is very engaging — especially with kids. The whole team is very knowledgeable, personable and fun. Highly recommend.

Dr Constatin is so knowledgeable.He cares and he is a perfectionist in doing first class dental work. We drive 40 minutes to see him for our entire family. He runs a first class staff and building.
