Mill City Laser

Treatment with kind, care and passion is how I would describe my experience with mill city. Hannah and Mari are great, they listen, do their research and provide the best treatment based on your needs. I have been looking to get rid of my spider veins from past 1 year and visited multiple clinics and aestheticians but nothing helped until I visited Mill city. They customized my treatment with every visit and ensured I get results. They were also upfront and advised to see other clinics if I wasn’t satisfied after the first treatment unlike other facilities who will just keep asking you to make follow up appointments just so they can empty your wallets. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is seeking any kind of laser treatment.

I have been going to laser for 7+ years, have tried three different places, and have spent thousands of dollars, so I can tell you this review will help you make a decision. I have been going for about 5 months and here is my experience; I can’t rave more about Mill City and the employees. First I want to highlight Hannah, when I originally called (called many places around the cities to get information) she was transparent about pricing. No, “lets get you in for a consultation” just gave me the facts and didn’t waste my time. Instant green flag. Second, Ella to me is the dream employee. She is kind, informative, patient, and just over all makes you feel comfortable. She explains how to get best results and really figures out a plan to ensure great results. The membership is amazing and not a common practice which makes Mill City unique. Being able to adjust the amount of time needed each month along with the areas you want to target is in the long run cost effective. Lastly, I want to highlight how cool of a space it is. Its so interesting as we are trying to get rid of unwanted body hair, however the art and décor almost gives you a embrace it feeling. Overall this has been the best place to receive treatment in this long journey and I have gotten great results already.

Mari and Hannah are the loveliest - the environment is wonderful, my little sun spots and cherries have disappeared. Would highly recommend, they are so knowledgeable and make suggestions with that knowledge, but are not pushy at all, they make sure you are comfy in your own skin. They are also very good at letting you know what to expect next, the timing of the fades, so we aren't trapped in our panic thoughts. Love them and will be returning as I age into my next few decades ;)

From consultation to my first appointment I have felt heard, informed, and like a partner in all choices regarding my treatment. Hannah helped me to understand the specifics of laser hair removal, what might be a factor fir my skin type, and other factors I should be aware of. Mari, my technician, made me feel so welcomed in the space, was exceptional when it came to consent and letting me know what or where I would be touched, and is an excellent communicator! I am so excited to continue this process at MCL!

Mill City laser is wonderful! Everyone there is friendly, their building is clean, professional, and cozy, and their pricing is competitive and flexible. They are also extremely trans-friendly; I found out about them from TC Pride Fest, I've always felt respected, and they've been so supportive of my transition milestones! I've been getting laser treatments (face and body) for the past 6 months, and I'm extremely happy with the results. When I look at before pictures, I'm amazed what a difference it's made. I can't recommend them enough!
