I’ve seen Kim for laser facial hair removal. Kim is delightful and welcoming but most importantly she is highly skilled and very knowledgeable about which treatments would be most effective. She delivers great results while creating a friendly atmosphere

Vanessa and Kim are very nice, helpful and provide excellent service. The office is very welcoming and comfortable. Oh and I can’t forget I love the chocolates that they seem to have a never ending supply of!

Deb was incredibly sweet and talked me through the entire process. It's nice to be made to feel so comfortable when someone is layering some super sensitive/private areas. I felt zero pain and the redness was minimal because she obviously knows what she's doing. I can't wait to go back for future sessions and to see my final results! Would recommend this service for everyone!

Ironically, although many of my sessions here are quite painful, my experience has been extremely positive. I have been seeing Vanessa for electrolysis and laser hair removal on my face, and she does an outstanding job at making me feel comfortable and informed. I have experienced a lot of positive results and will continue to use and recommend Permanent Choice and Vanessa for these services. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, that comfort is especially important to me. I think that Vanessa and this location in general does a really great job at going the extra mile to alleviate any of those anxieties.
