I've never felt such a strong need to share a review! This place is truly AMAZING. From the moment you walk in, the staff is so warm and professional, making you feel right at home. I had my very first Botox treatment with Therese, and she is absolutely phenomenal—her caring nature, expertise, and kindness made me feel completely comfortable. She also referred me to Rachel, who is now helping me with GLP1 treatments, and she is simply incredible, patient, knowledgeble, I can't say enough! I'm so excited to start this new journey with the support of such wonderful professionals!

First impression is that Skin Artisans is a very clean and bright space. The front staff are very friendly and eager to please and very accommodating. Taylor Kern, injection specialist, is wonderful and explains the procedure very well with no pressure to sign up. It was a great experience and I look forward to future visits.

From checking in for my appointment, to getting my procedure done, my experience was phenomenal! All staff members were friendly and very knowledgeable. I went in for a Moxi laser with Tina and she was professional and great with communication. Her bed side manner was warm and she always made sure that I was comfortable. I was sent home with a complimentary care package. Everyone was very busy that day, but I never felt rushed when I had questions about products, follow up appointments, or the actual procedure. I will always recommend Skin Artisans in Edina.

Everyone was so nice and explained each procedure very thoroughly and made sure that my new skin care plan was something that I was on board with and okay with. I never felt pressured at all to buy anything or to overbuy. In fact just the opposite. They want to start slowly which made me feel like my best interest was at heart. Wonderful ladies. Shae was super nice, she gave me a speculative evaluation via a picture I texted, and at my appointment was ready in person for electrocautery of what she had already diagnosed correctly as a fibrous papule. The whole visit took five minutes, the procedure one minute, at a reasonable $150. Another clinic recommended fractional CO2 laser for $350 a session, possibly needing three sessions. I'm truly fortunate to have gotten a second opinion from Shae and to have been under her care.
