Kallie is truly the best! I always look forward to seeing her — she’s personable, easy to talk to, and never judgmental. She’s quick, precise, and excellent at what she does. I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else. *Except I personally wouldn’t see Nick again for personal reasons, ask for Kallie or any other laser tech! Their prices are very reasonable, and they’re efficient about getting you in and out without ever making you feel rushed. From my experience with Kallie, I really respect is that she won’t take on something she’s not comfortable with — I feel the place is not money-driven and overall they genuinely care about doing quality work and mastering their craft. Every time I call or visit, everyone is so kind and welcoming. It’s refreshing to see a business that values both professionalism and kindness. I have a full body suit of tattoos and I've been lasered over 50 times in my life since 1997, primarily by Nick and his long-term employee, Kallie. I can't speak too highly of their professionalism, "bedside manner", and, most importantly, ability to remove unwanted tattoos with minimal "epidermal" trauma. If people ask me where to get unwanted tattoos lasered in the Twin Cities area, I send them to Renewal.
