I had such a wonderful experience and truly felt cared for from start to finish. She was incredibly detail-oriented, took the time to listen to all of my concerns, and explained everything in a way that was clear and reassuring. What stood out the most was her warm and compassionate approach. I never felt rushed, and she made sure I understood my treatment plan before leaving. It’s rare to find someone who combines clinical expertise with genuine kindness. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, attentive, and supportive dermatologist.

My son and I have both been patients here for years, and we absolutely love Dr. Margareth Pierre-Louis. She is an amazing doctor—very knowledgeable, caring, and truly attentive. My son struggles with acne, and I deal with hair loss, and she has been incredibly helpful in treating both of us. She always takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make us feel comfortable with our treatment plans. We are so grateful to have a dermatologist we trust. Highly recommend!

Dr. Pierre-Louis is a consummate professional who was able to resolve several different skin concerns in short order. Requesting an initial appointment online was easy enough and her staff called within a day of the request. Dr. Pierre-Louis’ staff have been responsive with appointment reminders and flexible to reschedule appointments when necessary—my understanding is there should at least be 24 hour notice to reschedule which seems reasonable absent an emergency. After half a dozen appointments, I never waited more than a few minutes to be seen and I was usually out the door within a half hour to an hour (depending on the procedure). Compared to longer wait times at larger institutional practices, Dr. Pierre-Louis’ practice struck me as refreshingly nimble. Most importantly, it meant a great deal for me to be seen by a doctor with experience identifying skin conditions for brown skin and I consider myself lucky to have been under her care.

Dr. Pierre-Louis is fantastic. I truly cannot say enough good things about her. She is always punctual, and the appointment reminders are such a thoughtful touch. They make it incredibly easy to stay on track and never miss a visit. She is exceptionally attentive and takes the time to genuinely listen, addressing your specific concerns and insecurities about your skin with care and absolutely no judgment. When I once wasn’t fully happy with the results of a small procedure, she handled it with complete grace and professionalism, asking me to come back in so we could achieve the results we were looking for. That level of integrity and dedication is rare in doctors. She is open, approachable, and genuinely willing to help in every way she can. She has also been incredibly supportive during my postpartum journey, helping me navigate concerns like hair loss, weight changes, and acne. Thanks to her care, I now receive compliments on my skin and am often asked what my regiment is. After struggling with acne on and off for most of my life, that has been incredibly meaningful and has truly made me comfortable in my own skin again. Lastly, on top of all of this, she is simply a wonderful human. I honestly wish we could be friends outside of her being my dermatologist. I trust her completely and would recommend her without hesitation. Don't look any further for your next derm doc-- she's it!

Dr. Pierre-Louis and her team are very good at what they do. The office is warm and welcoming. They meet their patients where they are at and provide a great experience. I recommend them to friends and family all the time and now I am recommending them on Google.
