Me and my husband booked the couples facial and foot detox for our anniversary, it was wonderful and Mrs. Haneefa King baby when I tell you she was so knowledgeable and knew exactly what our skin types needed before we even got on the table! And not to mention how lovely of a person she is, it was like being at family house! Comfortable, personable and fun. WE WILL BE BACK!

I love Haneefah and GloSkin space. We have been going to Glo since 2021 and I am in awe how each time we come for a facial or other services, Haneefah knows exactly what we need. She’s personable, professional and efficient. She spends time and doesn’t cut corners. She’s knowledgeable and has great recommendations for maintenance. I have been using the products she recommends for at least 5 years and my skin is fine condition. My daughter and I are going to be lifelong customers

I would say this facial treatment was the worst I've ever had in my life. I bought 2 from groupon, a chemical peel with dermaplanning treatment. From the website, chemical peel was around 30min, and dermaplanning itself was roughly around 30-45min. First of all, my appointment was 2pm. I was late by 3min. 2:15 Haneefa said hi and said that she was going to send me a consent form via text message. I completed it in less than 5 min and she scanned the groupon barcode. At 2:30 she escorted to a room. Then we looked at all the skin care products I used at home because she told me it's important so she could see if her products were compatible with my skin. So it's about 5-6min looking at my products. Idk how she measured the compatibility, but I got a burn and breakout after the treatment. Then, she turned on the face steamer which I felt it for 1min. She did not wash my face. She wiped my face with an alcohol, applied something I forgot the name, so she could easily use a blade to scrub my face. Then, she applied a chemical peel and a sunscreen. My face was burning. She said it was normal. Then she put a UV device (I forgot the name) to calm my skin. 10 min went by. She returned to the room and said that we're done. I looked up the clock, it's 3:01pm. I had been to many salon and spas, and this was the worst service and experience. When I think about it, her treatment is only 10 min and another 10min with the UV device. She asked if my skin was tightening. I said a little bit eventhough I did not feel anything tight on my face, except the burn sensation earlier. Still, I politely squeezed a very small tip to her tip box on the table. She wanted to redeem my second groupon. I said I would call in 30 days. When I got to the car, I asked myself what kind of service I just paid for??!! I contacted Groupon and got a refund. So, where the high reviews came from? Friends and family? Definitely, it"s a waste of money and time!! When I asked what is TCA chemical peel, she turned to Google for an explanation. What a joke! Edit: Maybe being on time, not 25 min late, is a good habit to deliver a good customer service with a proper treatment. I didn't lie when I said I got treated better in a better place, and to be honest after 5 days, I did not see an improvement yet. I'll be updating after 10 days.

Always a great experience and a pleasure to get many services done by Haneefah♥️ She is very professional, educated, and gives great advice on how to care for your body post-op, and taking care of your skin overall. Will for sure continue to get many services done at Glo Skin Space!
