I feel like I have been on an endless loop trying to find the perfect balance for Botox treatments. I’m looking for the perfect balance. 1) knowledge and understanding 2) cost 3) welcoming, friendly, and professional team 4) care team pride and perfectionism of results. I mean, I’m blessed enough to allow myself this luxury but also it takes some budgeting and planning… you know!? I’m excited to share my search may be coming to an end. From the moment I booked online to walking out of my first appointment I felt comfortable, I had a plan, and I’m excited to continue working with the Chapter Aesthetic team.

I went to Chapter Studio because my nasolabial folds were really starting to bother me. I felt like my face constantly looked tired or slightly downturned, even when I wasn’t. I initially had one treatment in mind, but I decided to schedule a consultation with Olivia first, and I’m so glad I did. Olivia took the time to truly understand what I was hoping to improve. There was no upselling, no pressure, and no “let’s overdo it.” The conversation was focused on subtle, natural results and what would actually align with my goals. I then scheduled my treatment with Payton, and she was simply amazing. From Kaylie at the front desk, to Olivia’s thoughtful consultation and knowledge, to Payton’s expertise and artistry; the entire experience felt seamless and professional. I felt heard, comfortable, and completely taken care of. I am beyond pleased with my results. I’ve since joined their membership and couldn’t be happier with my decision. Highly recommend Chapter Studio if you’re looking for a team that prioritizes listening, natural results, and genuine care.

I can honestly say this was a great experience as a first timer for the service I received. The ladies were very kind and helped me through the process. They made me feel welcomed and I left feeling 10 times more confident. I will definitely be back and looking forward to continuing my journey here to reach my goals. I definitely recommend buying the package ($100 a month) that goes towards future sessions , the reason is due to member pricing but also what you get in reward points to spend. Im glad I went and will be sending friends their way as well. Highly recommend.

The staff at Chapter EP is phenomenal. They all make you feel like their whole day is all about you and making you feel your best! There is never any pressure to book or buy any service or product. They have been so incredibly welcoming to me and my daughter and make sure we are comfortable during our appointments from start to finish. Highly recommend!!

From door to door - everyone at Chapter in Eden Prairie is so professional, welcoming and kind. Payton has done my microneedle and Xeomin and she is great at educating you, making you feel comfortable and listening. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else! This was my first time trying aesthetic services and every step was amazing!!!
