I am so happy with my results from Dr. Gervais. I had ruptured silicone implants that he replaced. They look and feel so much better. The facility and staff are great and recovery went smoothly. I would recommend him to friends or family and would return for any other surgery I may want.

Hello! I got a platysmaplasty with Dr. Gervais in July of 2025. I’m 29, relatively fit, but I’ve got bad genetics, and an incredibly pronounced double chin that caused me horrific mental anguish. I had my consultation and was told that a platysmaplasty would be the right choice do address my issues. I asked if the results would be meaningful and was told that the results would be “really significant.” Let me just say, the staff were incredibly lovely and kind. I was well cared for and always greeted warmly. I very much felt I was in good hands. The surgery went well and recovery was smooth. That said, my results are virtually non-existent. Not even my own parents could tell that I had work done, and I don’t mean that in a flattering way. I have no results, just a small chin scar and $6,000 fewer dollars in my account. My profile is no different. My jawline hasn’t improved at all. I gave it an enormous amount of time and I have no results and absolutely regret getting this procedure as it was a waste of time. I don’t think it was a matter of incompetence, I think they didn’t listen. It wasn’t an issue of sagging skin or too much fat on the face, my hyoid bone is set low. This procedure was never going to help. All it did was disappoint, reinforce a tremendous amount of self-loathing, and leave my pockets lighter. When I brought my concerns to them, the doctor just disagreed and left. The next follow-up, I brought it up again and the doctor said he could do a new chin implant at full price and that it probably wouldn’t really help. All this to say, I think the staff are lovely, the doctors are skillful, and the facility is clean. But I think they don’t listen. I think if you intend to go here, you REALLY need to do your research before you go in, otherwise you will end up like me, dissatisfied and full of dread.

My best friend referred me to Dr Gervais who did her surgery 4 years ago. As expected, they did an amazing job , the whole team was excellent and took extra care of me before, during, and after. I can’t believe how smooth recovery has been. Practically painless. I’m so lucky to meet Dr Gervais and his amazing team ❤️ Wish I can bring all the women in the world to here so they can experience what I experienced. A dream come true. Thank you so much! I had liposuction of my outer thighs in September 2025. I was told during my consultation that they would not be able to remove all of the fat, but that I would have "a good result." I went back for a second consultation just for reassurance and was told by the doctor that he would not perform the procedure if he didn't think I would have a good result. While I would say I can see a difference, I don't consider it to be worth the almost $7,000 I spent because I still have a significant amount of fat and the results are not what I would have hoped for (lumpy, still fat and misshapen). I wish they would have been more clear about what I could expect and would have been more honest. When reviewing my "after" photos, even the doctor said the results were underwhelming and asked what they could do to make me happy. He suggested a very extensive (and I'm sure VERY expensive) procedure, but honestly, I can't afford to do any more work at this point. I most definitely regret spending the money and not requesting more information and before and after photos of similar procedures they have done. They were all very nice for the consultation and even sent a thank-you note after. Unfortunately, the kindness was not extended after the procedure. The doctor didn't seem to have time for me at my first follow up and didn't bother to show up to the final follow up appointment. I took a day off of work for the appointment only to find that he wouldn't be in that day. He reviewed the after photos and had a nurse call me to tell me I had a "good result." I had to schedule a second appointment just to have the chance to talk to the doctor. Honestly, I felt like after they had my money, they no longer cared what my concerns were or if I was happy with the result. I am sure they get all kinds of people who are not happy or are looking for a free fix, but given the fact that these types of procedures are 100% cosmetic and there are numerous other facilities one could choose from in the area, I would think they would show a little more appreciation and concern. Not all of us have tons of money to spend on something like this and it was a really big deal to me. Bottom line, I felt like a number and I don't think the doctor was honest with me about the results I could expect. Or perhaps he should have been more clear about what he considers to be a "good result" because obviously that is subjective.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Dr. Gervais for my mommy makeover. From the very first appointment, they really listened to what I wanted and made me feel completely comfortable. Scheduling was super easy, and I always felt like I could reach out with any questions. The care and follow-up were amazing—I never felt rushed and always knew I was in great hands.
