Hands down one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Tamara was professional, attentive, and incredibly skilled. She listened to what my body needed and delivered a relaxing yet effective session that made a real difference. I left feeling refreshed, and genuinely taken care of. I highly recommend!

Tamara's the best massage therapist I've ever gone to - she was really thourough when asking about what areas you want worked on, what kind of physical activities/work you do regularly, etc., and discussing how those affect different muscle groups and what areas you might want worked on (ex: I've had issues with my right shoulder and she suggested massaging my pectoral muscles, and showed me some exercises for them because constantly being on my phone is also hard on them and not just my shoulder, haha). The massage studio always has a relaxing atmosphere - the selection of essential oils available is great. Tamara always talks the right amount - not totally silent but not ridiculously talkative, either. I left the US awhile back and scheduled an appointment here right before leaving because I didn't know when I'd be back in Minneapolis again - if I were still living there I'd still be going here (and will probably end up scheduling an appointment here if/when I'm back there next).

I've had many massages over the years, and Tamara is hands down (pun intended!) one of the very best massage therapists around! She listens carefully, adjusts pressure levels if requested, and is a natural healer. I highly recommend her.
