Just had a massage here and Freya is amazing! Freya walks you through a little relaxation meditation at the beginning, setting the tone for the massage. Freya's touch is both gentle and deep. The space is so cozy on the third floor of a cute old building I'd never been in. I'm definitely going to keep coming back!

I’ve had the pleasure of receiving massages from Kára since she graduated from massage school in Iowa. The intention she puts into every service is palpable. Nothing about her work is cookie cutter. Every service has been entirely customized to my needs at the time. I was especially impressed by her orthopedic massage skills for helping with my chronic low back pain. Whether it be relaxation or injury rehab, Kára creates a space that feels safe, therapeutic and comfortable. To have a massage therapist so naturally gifted is rare, to have one who is naturally gifted, humble, AND passionate about continuing to educate themselves for their clients is incredible. I am confident her books will fill fast so do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment with her!

I had my first Reiki massage today with Kara and it was phenomenal. Kara intuitively knew where I needed healing. The massage was therapeutic, and the Reiki left me feeling totally grounded and rejuvenated. I felt a wonderful, warm energy and left with a completely clear mind. 10/10 recommend!

Kara is excellent. I’ve seen her twice now, and have a third appointment lined up. Very professional and courteous, we started the first appointment touching base on any questions and concerns I might have. I appreciated that she asked if I had any areas that I did not want touched. She is well-versed on the human anatomy, and is incredibly helpful with tips and exercises for when you’re not on the table. I’m looking forward to continue working with her.

Cassie is communicative, kind, and masterful in her work. Her prices aren't the cheapest but they're fair, especially when you see how big the space is, the quality of the materials used, and the skill and knowledge she possesses when it comes to body work. She's the best massage therapist I've ever had in 10 years of getting massages. She'll talk with you briefly before the massage to see what you'd like to focus on and what in life may be affecting your body, and after the massage she'll see how you're feeling and let you know what she noticed while working. I appreciate this because it helps me note tangible changes in how I feel, versus just having a vague idea of being more relaxed. As noted in the confirmation email, there are a few flights of carpeted stairs to get to the studio. The studio itself is warm, private, and spacious. I'm looking forward to returning!
