Okay!!! Let me start of by saying. I had to come on here and give kudos to 2 AMAZING PEOPLE. The customer service is AMAZING and SUPERB!!!!!!!! If you go here, I hope Cara is working EVERYDAY there she is so friendly and respectful. I can tell she loves what she does. It was so easy to get my questions answered and also I was able to schedule my kids very easily and RIGHT AWAY. most places I just have to wait a while, but not here! I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a safe and honest doctor. Dr. Kauls is a very passionate doctor and makes you feel TOP TIER!! Their laser services are fantastic.

My family and I are all parents of Market Street Dermatology. We see Dr. Scheuer, Dr. Kauls and Dr. Galligan. We’ve been patients for 10+ years for medical, cosmetic and now acne issues. We have all been very satisfied with the level of knowledge and care that we have received from all of the providers at the clinic. The entire staff, including the front desk, assistants, etc. are all wonderful! Thank you for providing amazing care for our entire family!

I can’t say enough good things about Market Street Dermatology! I’ve seen Dr. Scheuer for nearly 10 years & counting, and recommend her and the practice to everyone I know. The professionalism, most friendly staff from front desk to nurses to docs, and dedication to highest quality of care is second to none. Their team is always honest about what is needed and not needed, always makes me feel safe with zero judgement, and has never once made me feel like they’re pushing a service or product on me. Their team is clearly trained to lead with utmost care. They ask all the right questions to ensure the best course of treatment. I’ve had skin checks, my melasma cured, cystic acne treated, micro needling, laser treatments, as well as chemical peels. It truly is a high end medical practice and I can’t say enough good things about it. So grateful I found this place early on!

I have been a patient of Dr. Kauls for years and appreciate her kind and caring manner as well as her expertise in the latest medical treatments and approaches. She truly cares about my concerns and ensures I am seen promptly whenever I have a concern. Her staff is friendly and approachable and go out of there way to assist when needed. I highly recommend this practice for all of your skincare needs!

My moms experience at Market Street Dermatology was one of the most traumatic medical experiences she ever had. Before her appointment, I researched the providers and felt especially comfortable about seeing Lynda based on reviews. Unfortunately, that comfort disappeared the moment we met her in person. My mom did not feel cared for, listened to, or taken seriously. Her approach felt dismissive and cold, and it left me feeling worse walking out than I did walking in. The front desk staff only added to the negative experience. The environment felt extremely unprofessional staff sitting around on their phones, laughing, and carrying on conversations while patients were waiting to be helped. At one point, I overheard joking that felt completely inappropriate in a medical setting. It made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected as a patient. What was most devastating, though, was her medical care. She was told that she did not have cancer. Later, she received confirmation elsewhere that she actually did. Processing that emotionally was already overwhelming, but knowing my concerns were dismissed here made it even more traumatic. When I tried to address my concerns, the clinic manager, Laura, was no help. Instead of taking accountability or working toward resolution, I felt she was more focused on defending her staff than correcting the situation. It only made an already painful experience even harder to deal with. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience. Patients deserve compassion, professionalism, and to feel taken seriously especially when it comes to their health.
