I LOVE how clean the place was. I was greeted and felt very welcomed and accommodated. I love how staff wore masks and cleaned their hands multiple times. My facial was so nice, I left with my face glowing and it felt so soft. The products were so good I bought so much of them. Highly enjoyed the experience and will definitely come again.

I had an absolute wonderful time here! The customer service is A+ from the moment you are greeted. I have issues relaxing but even my bones were relaxed by the time Raine was done! She was very professional, thoughtful and considerate. I got a 45 min facial and it came with an hand/head massage as well. I also had my eyebrows done. I’m now adding this to my bi monthly skin care! Thank you the amazing service! I’m recommending to everyone I know.

I try to support black business, but I don’t think I’ll be able to make this one work. My first experience was amazing, but I had to reschedule this would’ve been my second appointment. I made in person after getting my first one done, and had no knowledge of their cancellation policy. I’ve been getting wax for over 10 years. I’ve always been able to reschedule without any problems, but here at this business, I guess they count a reschedule as a cancellation which again I wasn’t aware of. So, after talking with my wax specialist and the owner. I was trying to verify their cancellation policy Which I guess the owner took as me “disrespecting” or “Challenging” her which I stated I wasn’t I just wanted get an Understanding that they count a reschedule as a cancellation. Because on their website, it says cancellation, not cancel and reschedule. Mind you my appointment was at 3p I called in at 10:47a just trying to reschedule in the first thing they said that they want to charge me without even trying to give me later appointment for the same day. I told them I was stuck at work and Immediately trying to charge me without trying to work with me to get me booked back in at a later time SAME DAY!. So I’ll just take my business somewhere else if I was aware of this I wouldn’t be as upset she said they sent confirmation email and text but I explained I hadn’t received anything, but not all business have a great Customer Service understanding. This just showed me this isn’t a place I would want to continue to give business too. @ Matisse- The screenshot attachment of your policy clearly states cancellation. I wanted to reschedule. You, or your staff, didn't even ask me if it was the same day. The only thing you and your staff were more interested in was charging my card. Which I stated to you over the phone was that if that's your policy on rescheduling, then you should add that in your "cancellation policy." I circled it for you because this states" cancel within 24hrs" not cancel and reschedule my dear. Yes, you are 100% correct. I wanted to see myself because to reschedule and be charged, I've never experienced anything like that besides today, and as I stated, I've been getting waxed for over 10yrs. Now, if that were clear, then I would’ve understood and had no problem being charged your 50%. To further prove my point, my dear. I even googled” is canceling the same as rescheduling.” Please look at the other screenshot. I never said I didn't respect your business policy, love. What I didn't appreciate was how rude you and your staff got when I requested more clarity on your policy, because again I've been doing this for OVER 10yrs and this was very much new to me. What I didn't appreciate is how your policy is VERY UNCLEAR! Kindness wasn't given; it was an immediate attitude after I suggested you add rescheduling in your policy, since not everybody views a reschedule as a cancellation. I ended the call because you kept over-talking me, and you started to raise your voice, which is very unprofessional as the owner. My review isn't disrespectful; it's honest, my dear! As I told you over the phone over and over, I did NOT see any confirmation email. I told you I booked in person, which was my 1st time ever booking with you all in person. My first appointment, I called. Your response just provides my point, NOT EVERY BUSINESS KNOWS HOW TO GIVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I appreciate the offer now of a reschedule, but it’s okay. The last business that I gave to your business was being charged 50%. I’ll take my business elsewhere! Best, Ra’Janae
