House of Silhouettes

Today was my first session doing vacuum treatment with Shanell. I’ve been interested in vacuum therapy for a while to aid training and researched many places/treatments. House of Silhouettes had so many good reviews so I decided to go with her. Shanell was so welcoming right from the start! Her calm, loving, and professional demeanor helped my nerves tremendously. I’ve never had any service like this done before. She walked me through everything and answered all my questions. The vacuum didn’t hurt just reminded me of the pressure that comes with deep tissue massage. If you’re already sore from working out it seems to help break tissue down. I’m definitely coming back in order to get maximize results. She recommended within 48-72hrs.

Great experience! Shanell is the best, professional yet personable! This was my first experience with these types of services and she made me feel very comfortable through every step along the way. So far I’ve had two sessions and I’m very happy with my results! I can’t wait to keep coming back!

I have seen Shanell for the past few weeks (purchased an extreme package) and admittedly, I was skeptical. I've had 'problem' areas since my abrupt entry into menopause (full hysterectomy Dec 2014) and a 30-lb weight gain in a short period of time. All my pre-hysterectomy weight maintenance tactics have not worked and I'm not prepared to go under the knife/canula for a mommy make-over. Shanell was super personable and reassuring... "trust the process" was something she said and I'm glad I did. After the 3rd session, I started to see and feel the changes to my abdomen and generous love handles. She also focused on my back/bra clasp area. An added perk is that Shanell is a great conversationalist and is very easy to talk to regardless of the topic of the day. I am finished with my first extreme package and started with the next set of ten. My overall mental and physical state are changing and Shanell is super reassuring about my own insecurities. The bonus includes how I am experiencing a better relationship with my own body and how the extra confidence is shared by increasing intimacy with my partner. My fupa was getting in the way (and while he loves me regardless), I am experiencing increased confidence both inside and outside of the home ;)
