I’ve been going here for more than a year and trust Lylia’s skills. She listens well, takes her time and is very open to feedback. I’ve been happy with every session and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a glow up.

The facial I had was gentle, but mediocre. The shoulder/neck massage that came with the facial was very good, it was better than the facial itself. I laid there and thought I should have booked a massage instead, overall it was ok. The reason for my rating is because towards the end she asked if I would like to try some products and by try she meant bagging it up for me to purchase. It's expensive which I dont mind it, but I'd rather you not try to hustle me and be more direct or have a more genuine approach is all. It left a bad taste in mouth that I can't shake off.
