Lily went above and beyond! Wow! I left feeling SO RELAXED!!! I had only been to Face FOUNDRIE one other time and it was good and fine and all, but my experience with Lily was next level! She did a really wonderful shoulder, neck, scalp massage and I left so peacefully relaxed. Best massage experience ever and it was on a facial! Haha. Facial was wonderful too, but her really going the extra mile (it seemed like time wise) was so peaceful and made me Reactivate my Facial Maven membership! Thank you Lily!!!

I had an amazing experience with Madelyn as my Esti. We did a facial, dermaplaning, lash lift & tint and brow lamination & wax. I came out looking like a new person! My skin is literally glowing. Madelyn was very gentle and soothing, will 100% re-book with her. Also, this location is in a mall but I didn't find it to be too noisy or distracting. The Face Foundrie has noise machines and music on and any mall noise I heard just added to the ambient sound. Not an issue for me! Convenient location & plenty of parking.

Booked an appointment for my birthday. My esthetician was very gentle and did a great job explaining the details of my treatment and made sure I felt comfortable. The hydrofacial and added Hungarian massage was great, but the lip mask didn't do too much for me. Unfortunately, the experience itself wasn't what I was expecting. Spent nearly 10 minutes before anyone came to the front desk to check me in. The spa is located inside a small mall across from a Chipotle and a hair salon; You can hear trashcans rolling by, vacuuming, and people talking. Keep in mind you don't get a private room, just a large room with tables and a curtain separating you from the next guest (who may or may not be chatty). If you're looking for a quick and affordable facial without the traditional "spa" experience, this would be a good option.

The staff is friendly and makes you feel very welcome. My first time I had the Foundrie Glow facial with Paige; she was great. This time I had the Firm AF facial with a few add-ons with Natalie again great experience; she was gentle and sweet. I think I relaxed a bit too much that I might have fallen asleep! LOL Definitely recommend a visit to anyone wanting to relax and enjoy some well-deserved facial care.
