Dazzling White Smile

This was my second time here. The first time I received services I tried to excuse the lack of communication. The service I paid for was fine the person providing those services not so much. She barely talked giving minimal to no instructions about after care. The second time was worst. It took 3 days to get a response to schedule the appointment. When I arrived I was unable to enter the building. I called the number, sent text messages and an email. After 15mins of being outside I was finally let in. No apology or anything. I get inside to be serviced and everything seemed rushed. The whitening process is done in 20min intervals. The second 20mins my lip begin to feel extremely hot towards the end of the treatment. I got up to rinse my mouth, the sink was backed up which was disgusting, only to see my lip was burned. I told her I think my lip is burned she stated I was probably feeling something else. I said no my lip is definitely burned. I walked over to show her and she just stood there again saying nothing. Then finally says you didn’t feel it when it was happening? I wasn’t even aware that burning skin was possible with this process because she didn’t inform me of this. I asked for additional ointment or whatever she put on my lip to prevent further damage for the last 20mins. At the end of the last session. She asked for payment told me to rinse ands said nothing else. Nothing about aftercare, didn’t show me my before and after, nothing. She told me to take the “blue stuff” off my gums. So we are just standing there and I ask if I was done and she said yes. I will be finding another place for this service. This was an unprofessional and unpleasant experience. Walking away with a burned lip and a service provider that gives no instructions and has a nonworking code to access the building should’ve told me everything I needed to know. This is my first time getting my teeth professionally whitened and it was excellent! Very relaxing and clean office. Went from a 3/4 to a -1. Will definitely be returning!

Great services today. Very friendly with great customer service. She was able to take me a shade 5 to shade 1 in a 60 minute whitening session. Definitely worth it!
