I had a really positive experience here with Dr. Arvin Karana. The dentist was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain my treatment options in detail. The staff were welcoming and the office was clean and well organized. I felt well taken care of and confident in the care I received. I would definitely recommend this clinic to friends and family.

Fast, Clean, & Professional. The office looks up to date & bathrooms are very clean. Never been to an office with such plush bath tissue. They move incredibly fast, sat in the lobby for no more than 15 minutes. Scans & photos were super quick. The staff was very sensitive to the fact I was in excruciating pain. Hygienist cleaned my teeth before my extraction & was gentle & swift. If you're looking for a good dentist office, I'd definitely recommend this one. No complaints at all.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Karana, and I can honestly say he is one of the best dentists I’ve ever visited. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed, respected, and completely at ease. The clinic is very clean, modern, and well organized, which immediately gave me confidence in the level of care I was about to receive. Dr. Karana is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to carefully examine my teeth and clearly explain my condition and all available treatment options in a way that was easy to understand. He never rushed the appointment and made sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. That level of honesty and transparency is very rare and truly appreciated. What really stood out to me was his gentle touch and attention to detail. I was nervous before my treatment, but Dr. Karana made the entire process smooth and painless. He constantly checked to make sure I was comfortable and explained what he was doing, which helped reduce any anxiety. The results exceeded my expectations — my teeth look and feel amazing. The staff is also fantastic — friendly, professional, and very helpful with scheduling and answering questions. You can tell the entire team genuinely cares about their patients and takes pride in their work. If you are looking for a dentist who is skilled, honest, caring, and truly dedicated to providing high-quality dental care, I highly recommend Dr. Karana. I’m extremely satisfied with my experience and will definitely continue my dental care with him in the future.

I am new to the Detroit area and learned of this dental office a few weeks ago. I heard several of the comments and read quite a few reviews prior to making an appointment. I was greeted by a kind gentleman, Rafi. I worked on an executive level in hospitality for over 20 years and as soon as I was welcomed by Rafi, I had a real good feeling about my choice. Rafi checked me in and gained the pertinent information necessary for the visit. A few moments passed and I was called back for X-rays. I was quite excited about the advanced technology and equipment that this office utilizes. I had just recently had an X-ray done four weeks prior at another dentist office and this equipment in this office is quite advanced, to say the least. After the X-rays were processed, I was seated for the consultation. Dr. Karana entered the room with an awesome greeting, introducing himself. His first question - are you having any problems or discomfort that requires immediate attention. This doctor set with me for 25 minutes. I noticed staff members were attempting to gain his attention and he never rushed to end my consultation. He set right there until he explained the assessment of the X-rays, my options and plan. Over the course of years, I have spent thousands of dollars on my mouth - from an accident, gum disease, root canals, bridges, partials etc. This was the first time I have ever experienced intentional, authentic concern from a dental office. I will add here that the location might not be located in the very best area. I quickly learned that this office is in place to offer the people in this community and surrounding areas an opportunity to be served, with empathy and kindness. The doctor never voiced it, but this doctor has a heart. Grateful. As I aforementioned here, I worked in hospitality for decades and I believe that it is important to hear and learn from what the customers say. I can't apologize about the length of my review here. It is important that others know the strategy behind businesses. WOW Dental on 8 Mile is in place to serve the people. Thanks be to God that this establishment exists in such a time as this.
