I call their office at 12:45 PM on October 29, 2024, and the receptionist who answered asked how could she help then turn around and hung up the phone up in my face. I just want everyone to know how rude and disrespectful she is I will be reporting this to the manager. I also left a review on their webpage and left them a message about this. All I was trying to do was check and see what time my appointment was. I’m so sick of the unprofessionalism at this place I’m not going back after I get my teeth cleaned this time. Just ghetto and unprofessional and rude. On top of that, I called back 10 times and no one answered the phone that’s crazy. It should be someone there at all times to answer the phone. This place never ceases to amaze me. Scheduled an appointment for 12pm 12/17/25. I arrive and the place is closed. I call to figure out what’s going on and get placed for over ten minutes just for the call to hang up on me. This is beyond ridiculous the way this location is ran. They are extremely unprofessional and I will be contacting my insurance to notify them of what’s going on as well as the fact that my services are fully billed yet incomplete. I will not be returning to this location in the future once they finish this service. Also my wife had fillings done here and has been having pain and problems with the teeth they filled ever since. I would not recommend this location.

I thought it'd be a good idea to support a local dentist. Never again. I initially went here due to an oral surgeon being available. So I had my initial appointment and I was told the oral surgeon is only available on Thursdays. So I took off work and went to my appointment at 11 am today . I get to the examination just to find out the oral surgeon wasn't there. No one called and notified me and the same dentist that gave me the wrong prescription on my first visit assured me that she can handle it. I was so nervous that my blood pressure shot up to a 153 over 105. Needless say I left and wouldn't recommend this place for even animals. The staff was all over the place and treated it like it was just another hud spot instead of a professional establishment. Don't go here if you value your time and want to be treated with respect.

These people are God sent. Everyone is so nice and make you feel comfortable. Very excellent staff. I felt No pain during my root canal. The doctor was really very knowledgeable and nice. Her assistant was very nice as well. I have had bad experiences in the past with others. I am glad I found this place. Highly recommend.

Listen this place isn’t perfect but they do try their best to satisfy each patient. It’s important if you have any questions or issues that you come up there and speak with respect and they usually will make sure the issues don’t keep reoccurring. They are trying to work a job just like the rest of us. With that said, Dr. Hudson is awesome. I was told months prior “May” i needed a filling by an hygienist during my cleaning. I had been delaying but schedule an appointment for Aug 11. She looked in my teeth and said my teeth was beautiful!! That i was fine and didn’t need it. She could have easily just collected and did something unnecessary but she didn’t. She will examine your teeth and be fair. She isn’t trying to collect money for nothing. The staff is Mostly women who act professional. No complaints for me.

Been trying to get ahold of the office for 3 weeks now. I needed to reschedule my daughter's permeant crown appointment. Can't leave a message because it's full. Tried emailing tried texting no response. Each time we have been in the service it awful. No one seems to want to do their jobs and if I could put a negative star I would. This is the only place I was able to find to do the treatment who excepts my insurance. If not for that I would have walked out the first appointment.
