Great friendly staff, took me in right away and they were not a blood suckers as far as financials, the doctors very friendly explains things to patients and I think it is someone that deserves the five star specially for their friendly staff that is a major major pillar of any entity

Today was my first appointment with myself and my daughter. Not only did they do my daughter’s cleaning but they were able to do her fillings today as well! Also I was told by another dentist that I would have to get all my teeth removed and get dentures. THANK GOD I CAME HERE BEFORE I ALLOWED THAT!! This dentist told me she would be able to repair a lot of my teeth! I will need partials which I have already but this was such an amazing experience! The office is clean, state of the art, the staff and doctor was absolutely amazing!! I highly recommend!

My experience with Dr. Bernice has been HORRIBLE, I had to come back to get my fillings done because they fell out in less than a year. So it had warranty, I asked if an other Dr could fix them BUT the manager said NO or it won't be cover by the warranty. First time she work on me she dropped a tool on my face, why because she was watching TV while working on my tooth. Today she keep hitting my face/lib with her tools. Why because she DOESN'T look at you while working on your mouth!! Some people have a gift she CLEARLY DOESN'T , I feel zero empathy from this woman, I truly hope she tries to get better for her patients, she could start by looking at them while she works that would probably prevent a lot of the accidents.

I love it! Very friendly staff, annd are very well organized. They are very helpful in providing information about the proper steps towards a better and cleaner smile for my daughters and I. Their manager Clara was very nice and helpful. The receptionist up front were very friendly and welcoming. The assistants that provided help when it came the treatments for my daughters, I believe was Alondra and 2 other girls for different occasions,were very helpful when they were afraid. I think that was one of the main reasons why my daughter was so brave overall because she knew she was going to have someone with her to hold her hand, and talk to her when she was afraid while her treatments were being done. Overall we all had a great experience and we will continue to visit this location.

When I had developed an abscess, they were able to get me in quickly. They were very efficient in doing the initial exam. The assistant was very helpful going over my treatment plan, including transparency on estimated costs. After the antibiotic kicked the infection, I returned for 3 extractions. One of them was particularly difficult, but the doctor and assistant were very patient and reassuring that they were progressing, and paid attention for signs I may have needed a break, which they gave me. Excellent service all around. Will definitely return for my future treatments.
