Amber is fast and efficient. Stephanie is sweet and personable. My black tattoo removal has been good so far. Note-if you are Fitzpatrick scale IV or higher Removery won’t treat your colored ink. So, 4 stars because the person I bought the package from didn’t explain that clearly, but 5 stars for handling my skin with care.
