Katie by far is probably the only qualified medical profession, to treat and I say this with not only results but experience. As well as what happens when you don’t wait no matter how long it takes to get to your injector. for me as a client having neurological injury and spinal injuries lower back able to walk which have progressed to 14 plates it was comforting to me that Katie has the educating of my complex history because my injections assisted with the pain I incur from my spinal cord wrapped in my disks which lead to ocular issues . Facial pain eye pain these are all benefits I received when I was treated, not ever feeling the true severity or as many day after Katie it stopped in my right eye and face .of what I’ve lived in until stopping .I suffer everyday of my life having not seen Katie due to my injuries all I suffer is ocular pain( spinal pain she can not assist with) . I’ve suffered almost 5 days a week for years which causes severe brain pain. And skull pain under the ridge of your skull . Even though she did not treat me for pain my particular injection points for my particular Botox all over topically stopped the amount of topical pain I feel in my right eye . It’s a crippling pain. And right side of my face And I’m wrinkle free. Because Katie is without a doubt the best at what she does she is and specializes in her field I would trust nobody. My own neurologist outside of the city has left me to rot away. Our medical system is horrific . I can attest that if you go elsewhere you risk injury or expired product I experienced both with a bad recommendation on the first and only time and have never redone treatment waiting waiting to go back to Katie when I can walk. Due to distances and being unable to travel a distance at all due to the spread of my injuries I listened to a recommendation that was made to me and regretfully. It was not only a case of bad product, but in Experience which led to a completely enlarged one hump brow and the removal of my beautiful lashes due to the fact that my right eye was nearly completely closed and all of my lines were still intact with no effects from this particular type of Botox at all. I had numerous volunteers to correct , after that experience, I undoubtedly refused ,People would lie say it did not look that bad when I knew it did. And I would say “ This never happened with Katie I always walked out perfect !!! People began to lie to me to gain my business to fix it . as I always wear sunglasses it hid my enormous hump brow and sagging eye. I had one attempt to gain my business by calling and getting my formula and then say she could fix it, then telling me she tried to get my formula. Like that would impress me????? Fact is I had to wait for the damage “ one time hit” to wear off which has been forever . I’ve waited a while a long time, depression helped I suppose but nobody and I’ve been injecting for 30 years. Worked with the best in the luxury brand industry you won’t get better than KATIE. Your best work will come from Katie hands down. She follows up. This is important with client care. She ensures there are no issues. There’s a plan in place . Individualized service . She is what you call Medical Professional. You want safety, you want education experience and someone that backs their work not leaves you looking like an alien. And gives you the results you want. I had it all!!! it could have been worse I got lucky I learned , some do not. My sleep disorder and injuries prevented my treatments . I’ve since gone without. Just to wait for Katie. That speaks volumes.

Katie immediately put me at ease with her expertise and the ultrasound device she uses to remove old filler that had been bothering me for years. I really appreciate that she has this technology to precisely locate where the filler was previously injected, allowing her to accurately administer the hyaluronic acid in the right spot. I struggled to smile properly, but after she administered the hyaluronic acid, I felt an immediate sense of relief. I am also grateful for her conservative approach in using only the necessary amount of units, which helps prevent any potential overuse and damage to my skin.
