I do not have enough good words to say about Dr Sayal. I’ve had deviated septum issues for years and never understood the details, but after the first appointment I had with him I knew I was in good hands. Very educated, thoughtful, and talented! I can tell he cares about his patients a great deal. I would recommend him to anyone needing support in the ENT world!!

I first went to Dr. Sayal because my sleep was constantly interrupted by issues breathing at night. After trying everything else, he recommended surgery to fix my deviated septum and suggested a preservation rhinoplasty. Trusting him was truly the BEST decision of my life! Dr. Sayal is amazingly skilled, knowledgeable, and caring. He kept me informed every step and checked on me even after surgery. Now I breathe clearly, sleep peacefully, and my nose looks naturally perfect. I’m beyond thrilled with the results and recommend Dr. Sayal to absolutely everyone. He is simply the BEST in Michigan!

Dr. Sayal is the most conscientious Dr that I have ever had. He calls after surgery to check up on you versus having a girl at the front desk. He also called to change my prescription, but the most important thing is he did a great job on my sinuses, they were fully blocked with infection and he cleared them out. Fantastic Work
