LoAnn is a talented tattoo artist and she takes great pride in her work. I had powder brows done a few years ago. I went in for permanent eyeliner (which looks amazing) and she was dissatisfied with the way my brows were looking so she redid them at no cost to me. I am so happy with he results or both my brows and eyeliner!
