Hometown Laser Clinic and Spa

Very upset with this place, Tina was super kind and relatable so I trusted her to remove one of my tattoos. I had gotten 4 laser tattoo removal sessions here but something felt off, I was noticing a lot of hyperpigmentation so I went and got a consultation at pampered soul laser with Pam. She noticed it right away and explained that the laser intensity they were using was set too high and was frying my skin. When I brought this use up to Tina during my 3rd session she told me it was normal. She said that a couple sessions of microneedling at the end would get rid of it. When I mentioned this to Pam and she told me microneedling would cause even more damage! This place is a money grab!! I wasted over $600 here and I can only hope no permanent damage came from it. I would highly recommend going to see Pam at pampered soul instead. She is super knowledgeable and explains everything before going ahead with the procedure. I feel a lot more comfortable with her and know I am now in good hands.

WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY Booked an appointment I show up nobody is at the front I waited 45 minutes with my new born baby that is ridiculous. I call I get the answer machine what’s the point of having a sign saying someone will be right out and nobody shows up. I left a voicemail nobody has called me back.

I went and saw Aubrie for a pedicure she did a wonderful job. Love my mickey and minnie design for my upcoming vacation. Staff are all very friendly and helpful

I've been getting laser treatments done here for the past several months and have seen great improvement with less hair growth and ingrown hairs reduction. The staff are very professional and friendly, they make sure you are comfortable and ask how the treatment is going to make adjustments as needed. Recently, I got a relaxation facial from Melissa and she is wonderful! I am typically someone that does not like when people touch my face, but she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The prices are very reasonable here, the place is clean, and everyone is great! Highly recommend.

I have had a wonderful experience at Hometown spa! Tina has been my nurse esthetician for both tattoo removal and hair removal. I have been very pleased with everything so far - everyone is very friendly & makes you feel comfortable, the building has been updated inside & feels like a “spa”, and I’m also very pleased with the outcome of my treatments. I would definitely recommend Hometown Spa!
