I met Dr. Plymel about a year and a half ago, sore joints, skin issues and weight I couldn't get rid of. After my first visit with her she knew most likely what my issue was and then tested me. Wheat and gluten was my problem!! After seeing a rheumatologist, an endocrinologist and my primary a number of times with the same complaints and getting no answers, it took my first visit to get to the root of the problem. I still see Dr Plymel twice a year, I am down 20#, no sore joints and no skin issues. I am going to be 68 in November and I can't remember when I had this much energy and overall I feel great. So happy I found her !! Thanks Doc for making me spunky again!

Dr. Plymel is wonderful and very knowledgeable on functional health. She has been a godsend to me and my daughter. I had a ton of hormone and gut issues that no other doctor could help me with.
