Dr. Shauna R. Diggs, MD — Cosmedic Dermatology

In full transparency, I am not a patient of Dr. Diggs, but I did have to repeatedly call her office to assist one of her patients. I worked with Jillian, the office manager, to assist a client with a prescription/insurance issue. Jillian was so professional, so pleasant and so very effective in assisting me with the issue that our client was having. She helped me get the Rx processed. We had to speak multiple times, but she never acted bothered by my calls. She also assisted me by contacting the insurance carrier to provide documentation. Excellent customer service always deserves to be recognized. I would not hesitate to come to Dr. Diggs if I needed a dermatologist because of the wonderful treatment extended to me by Jillian. Thank you, Jillian. You are appreciated!

I’ve had such a good experience with Dr. Diggs. My skin has improved so much since being her patient. She is very knowledgeable, and she takes her time with you when you see her. Her staff is very friendly, no long wait times and have been flexible with me if I have any hiccups with my appointment. I recommend her 1000%!!

I had an appointment with Dr. Shauna Diggs on December 17th at 3:00 PM(I waited 2 months for this appointment).I was placed in a room and waited over two hours to be seen. When the doctor finally came in, her bedside manner was poor, dismissive, and rushed. I was with her for less than 10 minutes. I was supposed to receive a compound facial prescription, which was never submitted. I confirmed with BioMed on December 29th that they never received anything. This office is quick to take payment but fails at professionalism, communication, and follow-through. Completely unacceptable care. If I could give 0 stars, I would. That was my first and last time going here.

Dr. Diggs is highly skilled and esteemed in her profession, by her patients, and in the community. She has a gift for successfully treating skin concerns, and has been my dermatologist for over thirty years. She has an excellent bedside manner. The office staff is always professional, friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Dr. Diggs performs many laser and other treatments. Her skincare line is amazing. Visiting Cosmedic Dermatology is always a pleasant experience.

Dr. Diggs is hands down the best dermatologist I've ever seen. Not only is she remarkably sharp and knowledgeable (she is always up do date with the latest research in the field and is happy to communicate the research in a digestible manner) but she is also incredibly warm and kind in her approach to patient care. To put it shortly, I feel at home and well taken care of in her practice. Thanks, Dr. Diggs, for everything you do!
