My experience at Sonobello in Troy has been fantastic so far. I’m one week in from my surgery and already seeing positive results. My journey began with a meeting with Kristie who discussed my expectations and satisfied all my issues and answered my questions. Next step was my preop with Morgan and Dr.Mucci. Once again they took very good care of me and answered all my questions and set my mind at ease about the procedure. Next came surgery day. Michaela and Dr Mucci were absolutely fantastic. I was at ease the whole time and in relatively little distress. Everything was explained to me, including times when I might feel pain or sensations, which kept me at ease. My postop with Morgan was once again very satisfying. She discussed any swelling or bruising and once again made me feel comfortable about the procedure. Once again, my experience was Sonobello. Troy has been wonderful so far.

I cannot recommend her enough. She is incredibly thorough, professional, and genuinely cares about her clients’ results. From consultation to treatment, she takes her time, explains everything clearly, and makes you feel completely comfortable. She’s also so accommodating with scheduling and always goes above and beyond. My Venus treatments have been an amazing experience because of her skill and dedication. Thanks Christina!!!

Heading in for the procedure I was extremely nervous and in my opinion you should be. I’m not sure if Morgan gets enough credit. I’ve had several surgeries and veins blow 90% of the time. Nope Morgan got it in the very first time without pain. It didn’t even leave a mark on the way out. She’s my girl and my new friend. Dr Al loves what he does and stated to me he said d it was fun! I knew at this point I was in excellent care. God bless them both. They receive an A++ from me.

Dr. Al, Shelby and Riley took such great care of me for my procedure. I felt super comfortable under their care. I got an ABEX and WaistEX and the procedure went very well, it was pretty painful for me but I had scar tissue from previous lipo. Lots of deep breathing and knowing it’ll be worth it when it’s over got me through it. I would definitely recommend this facility and team.

If you're thinking of going here do yourself a favor and don't! Every time I walked into this place I was told something different. During the actual surgery the doctor was very rude. I was sent home with tape across my entire back and on open incisions. I was sent home with 1 garment that didnt fit. When I was able to contact the office I was told the garments arent that important even though they drilled it into my head that it was one of the most important things for after surgery. The doctor actually said if I had a pair of tights I'd be okay. I retained fluid around the main incision and ballooned up like crazy stretching the skin I just paid 16k to tighten! I ended up with a vertical scar that was never discussed with me so now I have a butt on my stomach! When I went in for my follow ups I was told the after care treatments I paid for weren't in my chart so I must have been mistaken. They did finally figure that part out. Every time I went back for garments they didnt have the size I needed. They even sent some to me but to an address an hr away that were never recieved. I will say that most of the staff is very nice but again all telling different rules for pre and post surgery. One of the nurses told me that I needed to complain to the top because they treat people like a number its just get them in and out. When I went for my final follow up where you can ask for a revision the doctor told me I needed a different surgery to get the rest of the skin left because I just had too much. Again not discussed with me before surgery! Had I known then what I do now. There are more affordable and better surgery centers that give proper care. This was a really hard time and there was no compassion, understanding or care received. I wouldn't let an enemy go here!
