Razzana is the best!! She’s very sweet and knowledgeable. I’ve been to here twice already for Zena Algae peel and I can definitely see a huge change in my skin. She also gave me skincare routine I’ve been following for months now and I love it! I would definitely recommend.

The best facial I’ve ever had hands down. Razzanna took excellent care of me. The facial, vibes, service, and value were 11/10. Her kindness and expertise really shined through and gave me confidence in what she did. Results were well beyond my expectations. This was more of a facial cleansing journey. She gave me product that I could incorporate into my skin care routine. So far so good! It’s been three days and people are still asking me if I’ve had chemical peels or very expensive procedures done. I told them all the truth. The Aesthetic labs is the truth. I’m extremely picky with who I let touch my face. I’m lucky to say that my skin has a new best friend and place to vacation every couple months. Must try. Especially if you want to look GOOODDDTTTT.

I recently visited this business for a facial, but unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations. At the beginning of the session, I thanked the provider twice for accommodating me on short notice, which I genuinely appreciated. However, the appointment was not smooth. I was scheduled for 11:00 AM, but was informed the machine was broken and they needed to go get a part, which delayed my service by a full hour. While my skin initially appeared dewy from product layering, the effect faded by the next day. My face felt congested, and I noticed that blackheads and whiteheads remained clearly visible. I usually get regular facials with proper extractions, which typically involve a bit of pressure or mild discomfort , sometimes even slight pain from the tool work , but this time, I felt nothing of the sort. There was no pressure, no discomfort, no tool contact on my forehead, cheeks, or chin , just a very minimal touch on the nose that felt more like wiping than extracting. In my personal opinion, the extractions either didn’t happen or were done so minimally that they had no effect. I also had personal concerns during the session about hygiene and professionalism, which made me uncomfortable. Prior to posting this review, I reached out privately and respectfully asked for either a refund or a redo. I was offered a complimentary redo, but unfortunately, the tone of the response didn’t ease my concerns, so I chose not to return. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this service. Others may have had a different experience, but I believe it’s important to be transparent for anyone considering this provider.

I went in for Laser hair removal and a Hydrofacial. From the second I walked in, I was welcomed by Razzanna and I honestly couldn’t be happier with her services. This was my first time so I didn’t know what to expect. I’ll definitely be back and recommend this place to others!

I had my first hydro facial today and Razanna was amazing! She was very cautious with my sensitive skin and knew exactly what to use. She was very knowledgeable and honestly so sweet. I will definitely be going back and will recommend her to all of my family and friends!
