Dr. Palakurthi is the best. She really cares and has been helping me through my weight loss journey. If there is a treatment that she thinks will get me better results but costs less, she will explain why I should do the least expensive option. I’ve been going to Dr. Lakshmi and Sirene Med Spa for about 6 months to target stubborn lower stomach fat. Dr. Palakurthi is very professional, knowledgeable and caring. She takes a very clinical and holistic approach with her patients. During my first consultation, I found her to be very passionate about skincare and overall well being. She genuinely wants the best outcome for your skin and overall health and really takes the time to explain everything in detail. She personalized my treatment while being conscious of cost. I never felt any pressure to purchase treatment packages or products from her. After doing my research I found that her treatment packages are cheaper than at other med spas. I've been getting laser treatments for my hyperpigmentation and acne and I'm already seeing positive results after 3 sessions. Her med spa also has a very peaceful atmosphere and she has a variety of lasers for various different conditions and treatment purposes
