A one-stop-shop for your health needs! From an IV drip even to different types of saunas and so much more. This place was way bigger and offered a lot more than I thought. It’s worth going in to get a tour from the nurses. Hannah was very nice and made me feel so comfortable and helped explain things. I will definitely be going back soon then later! You should too!

I have had ongoing excellent experiences at ICRYO Grosse Pointe. I regularly use cryotherapy, red light therapy, the hyperbaric chamber, IV drips and shots, plus the compression and float bed, and everything was top-notch. The facility is extremely clean and modern, and the staff is knowledgeable, professional, and welcoming. They take the time to explain each treatment and make sure you’re comfortable. I leave feeling refreshed, recovered, and energized. Highly recommend for anyone serious about recovery, wellness, or performance.

I was gifted service from my daughter in California. I already go to the stretch zone because of a previous fall years ago. I went here last Saturday for a consult to see how the services worked. I initially was excited about the services offered, but cautious about the NAD shot because of side effects that I read about, so I did not do the shot. Because they were busy, they offered complimentary services to me, and one was the cryofreeze. Jasmine explained the benefits to me about the freeze, so I tried that, and the red light therapy. I stayed in the freeze for 2minutes. The next day Sunday I woke up and couldn’t move. My lower back was inflamed. I thought wow, what is going on with my lower back. I tried ointments, and Motrin praying the pain would go away. If you ever experienced back pain, it’s the worst and throws your entire body off. Monday I still had the pain, but by Tuesday I couldn’t take it anymore and called the Stretch Zone, praying they could relieve my excruciating pain. 30 minutes later, I still had pain. My practitioner told me that other therapies you get can trigger underlying pains. She asked me what I had did over the weekend. I told her I tried cyrofreeze. She explained that it triggered my back pain again. Mind you, I have not been in pain for 3 years, because of the maintenance care I had been receiving from the stretch zone. When I explained the issue to Kristen at Icryo she told me there was no way the freeze did that to my body. She is wrong. I googled the freeze therapy and it states that the cryofreeze, although it’s supposed to help with inflammation and pain, could also do the reverse and trigger pain. Unbeknownst to me, if I knew that was a possibility, I wouldn’t have ever got that type of therapy. I asked Kristen if they could credit my daughters for the balance left from the gift card. She said they don’t do refunds. She also offered for me to come back and try other services, but I can’t afford that because I don’t want to trigger any more pain in my body. She was nice on Saturday but when I asked for a refund on Tuesday her niceness went out the door. It’s Thursday and I’m still in pain.
