The team at DripIV (Mark, Gunnar, Victoria) are the absolute best people! I have only ever had a 10/10 experience. I work a lot about 60+ hours a week and find myself dehydrated often. My partner and I visited DripIV in Birmingham on Valentine’s Day while staying across the street at The Townsend Hotel. We could literally see DripIV from our balcony and decided to walk over, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of our entire weekend getaway from the kids. She explained everything clearly, answered every question confidently, and checked on us consistently throughout the entire experience. She inserted both of our IVs with such ease — smooth, quick, and painless. True professional. Not a single issue. And when she noticed I needed a little extra comfort, she brought me an additional pillow without me even having to ask. It’s that level of attentiveness that separates good service from exceptional service. And let’s not forget… it was BUSY. Valentine’s Day busy. The place was full. Yet Leah somehow managed to move through the space like she had multiple arms, making sure every single person felt cared for. She was calm. She was efficient. She was knowledgeable. She was warm. She was everywhere at once. I was genuinely shocked to find out she’s new to the team. You would never know it. Leah carries herself like someone who has mastered her craft. The professionalism, the bedside manner, the confidence — top tier. I have already told all of my associates about DripIV, and I made it very clear: if Leah is on the clock, you are in the BEST hands possible. She didn’t just provide a service… she elevated our entire Valentine’s experience. DripIV is lucky to have her. Truly. We will absolutely be back and yes, we’ll be asking for Leah.
